Range Solar Power contractor hosting - Dec.29 afternoon

Dec.29, 2017 afternoon 12:30-4pm

Need volunteers to be on-site host for electrical contractors.   Contractor has extended workdays to finish project.

EVENT:

Range is NOT closed, unless host determines a shutdown is needed.  

There may be occasional ceasefires, if/when electrician needs access beyond firing line.

We need at least 2 volunteers.   One primary, one or more backup, all present (range experience with usage & procedural experience is helpful).

Host responsibility: 

• Have a working access badge.
• Escort electrical contractors/installers in/out of gates.
  
• Answer contractor questions as they arise.
• Manage ceasefires if/as needed by installers (for testing, etc.).  
• Close the affected range if absolutely needed (intent is to minimize range closures, as long at it's safe)
• Have a cell phone, for electrician to reach you, or to call me/other board if/as needed.
• While here, you can use the range, do range cleanup or repair, or just watch the work.
  

2017 work party credit or probationary member credit, if needed, will be applied for those that participate.
