A lunch volunteer is needed

Please contact David or Stan via facilities@scottsvalleysportsmen.com email to volunteer for lunch duty.

Lunch notes:

  1. Delivered by ~11:40.
  2. Prepare food (and save club funds!), or order thru Redwood Sandwich, or reasonable cost alternative.
  3. You can expense meal costs to SVSC.  Please use the Expense form in “member downloads” at:  http://www.scottsvalleysportsmen.com/resources/Documents/Interactive%20Expense%20Report%20Form.pdf
  4. Food for ~2 dozen people (Please confirm qty on Friday night)
  5. Include drinks, chips (or related side dish) and crushed ice for drinks. (There are coolers in Conex as needed).
  6. It's a good idea to check Conex box inventory at the range, ahead of time.  The Conex box has paper goods, plastic utensils, table cloths & bottled water.
Rifle Range Projects -

Retaining Wall: Finish installing 2X12 boards. Trim the posts even with the top of the retaining wall boards
Extend right side gravel walkway. Adding about 4 feet to the existing gravel walkway.

Shore up walkway retaining wall. The walkway retaining wall is about to fall into the path to the rifle range. We'll dig out one or more sections and reset the boards and restake the retaining wall.
