2018 Seasonal Work Party #6
All Ranges Closed Until 1:00 PM

(may end a bit earlier or later, depending on tasks in process)

Tools & gear needed:

  • See task & checklists below.
  • Special items not available at club, will be listed here as need arises.
Projects:

1. Shore up the path to the rifle range. During the last two work parties we took of the uphill section of the path to the rifle range. This work party will reinforce the downhill section by building a series of terraced retaining walls and fill them with rock.
2. Build a working platform under the solar array and install a stepping stone pathway for we can more easily access the array.
3. Take apart the hand washing station in the pistol house and see if we can fix the leaking pump.
4. Using the "chunks of asphalt" from our recent roadwork on the access road, we'll "pave" the uphill portion of the rifle range path to prevent erosion.
