Probation Credit / Club Service Obligation Event July 3rd

The Scotts Valley Sportsmen's Club promotes member participation in a couple of civic events every year.  We feel it is important the Club support the City this way as a means of building good will with our neighbors. This year we are asking for volunteers to assist the City with the 4th of July Parade and Fireworks show. 

NOTE THAT WHILE THIS IS BILLED AS THE 4TH OF JULY CELEBTRATION, THE CELEBRATION AND YOUR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY WILL ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE ON JULY 3RD.

Tasks and times have not been fully defined yet, but in the past our volunteers have assisted with activities like directing traffic in parking areas, or maintaining the road-blocks on cross streets for the parade on Scotts Valley Drive and have been committed for a few hours.

If you can be available for a few hours on July 3rd this year and want to take part in this, register with us for this, and we will provide your name and contact information to the city's volunteer activity coordinator for the events. 

Club probationary members will receive credit for one of their required 3 probationary club activities. 

Regular club members will receive Club Service Obligation credit for 2022.
