Monitor Roof Repair Thurs Dec 8th Morning Shift.

Hopefully the last day of monitoring, there will be a morning
and afternoon shift. Each shift will be it's own event, one event
for the morning and the afternoon shift. Two shifts total.
We'll divide each shift into shorter chunks depending on the 
number of folks signing up. Morning shift 8:30 to 12, afternoon
shift 12 to 5:30.  Full 2023 work party credit
